Silent Auction Instructions

1.  Please bring any household or craft items you wish to donate for the auction.

2.  Make copies of bid tickets.  Attach a bid ticket to each item or group of items. (Several "alike” items may be put together and one bid ticket attached).  Write a description of item.  Enter a minimum bid if any.

3.  Books, magazines, and patterns may be donated without bid tickets as they will be sold during bidding hours, cash & carry.

4.  HOURS:  The auction room will be open for donations at 9 am Saturday (during registration). Bidding will start after set-up is complete, probably around 2pm.  Check the main door going into the dining hall for the schedule.
